CCALAC held its second Policy Café of 2010 with panelists providing state and local perspectives on implementation of the federal health care reform legislation. LA County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky and Executive Director of Health Access California Anthony Wright spoke, with Professor Walter Zelman of California State University Los Angeles moderating.
